Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All personalized items are final sale. Personalized items include any product that has had a name, number or text added at your request, was made using colours chosen by you, or had sizing or measurements altered at your request.
PLEASE ENSURE ALL PERSONALIZATION DETAILS ARE ACCURATE AND SPELLED CORRECTLY AS THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOMER ERRORS.
If you receive a personalized item that was not made as ordered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org advising us of the error and include a photo of the item showing the error. Once we have confirmed the error, we will happily ship you a new item within seven days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please forward your order confirmation email to email@example.com with RETURN REQUESTED in the subject line. We will contact you to confirm your item meets the return policy requirements and will provide you with details to return the item. Please do not send your item back until you have received an email confirming the return details.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
